Overall, this hotel is in a prime location, making it super convenient for exploring tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but I found them a bit noisy at night due to street sounds and plumbing from neighboring rooms. The service could use improvement, as I didn’t feel very welcomed by the staff during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, just a block from Fisherman's Wharf with easy access to restaurants and shops, the rooms were a bit tight and housekeeping was delayed in cleaning them. The service wasn't the warmest, which was disappointing. Overall, it's in a great spot, but improvements are needed in service and room cleanliness timing.

The room was a bit tight with only one bedside table, and I had to switch to a room closer to the elevator. Housekeeping didn't service the room until late afternoon, which wasn't ideal after a long day.

The front desk staff wasn't very welcoming, which made the check-in process a bit off-putting. However, the rest of the staff was friendly when we engaged with them.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf and lots of nearby eateries. It made exploring San Francisco super convenient.
